APS UDHAMPUR CELEBRATES TEACHER’S DAY 2023
Teachers and educators nourish and prepare students for their future as they are the real icons of knowledge and wisdom.
To acknowledge and celebrate the year’s efforts of the teachers, the students and the management of APS Udhampur held a grand ceremony on Teacher’s Day i.e. September 05, 2023 with great enthusiasm and ardency, to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. A medley of colourful performances marks the teacher’s day celebration at Army Public School, Udhampur. The Chief guest of the occasion was Chairman APS Udhampur. The programme was hosted, organized, and carried out by the students. The programme started with the lighting of the lamp followed by a classical dance. A series of cultural programmes were presented by the students to enthrall the audience, which included a Choir, a melodious Musical performance by one of the teachers and dances. Taking the celebrations a notch further, many fun-filled games were also arranged for the teachers with the aim to provide an opportunity for everyone to mingle with each other and have some light moments. Four teachers from PGT, TGT and PRT category were chosen to be the best teachers and felicitated by Chairman APS Udhampur. He congratulated all the teachers and Principal for giving such good values and education to the students.Principal APS Udhampur Mr. Sanjeev Kumar congratulated all the teachers for their dedication and support. Marking the end of the celebrations, a sumptuous spread of dishes savoured the taste buds of all. All the teachers were given wonderful gifts as a token of appreciation.The staff and teachers thanked the management for making this day unforgettable and enjoyable.
