Annual Summer camp 2023

“SUMMER CAMP” SUCCESSFULLY CONCLUDES AT APS UDHAMPUR APS Udhampur conducted a 10- day Annual Summer camp in its Primary and Senior wing from 02 June to 12 June, 2023 which culminated with a Mega Closing Ceremony today i.e. 12 June,2023. The Summer Camp included a fiesta of activities in which hundreds of students participated with great exuberance. The activities in sports included Basketball, Cricket, Yoga, Speedball, Martial Arts, Hockey, Volleyball, Fencing, Football, Badminton and Table-tennis. The co-curricular activities included various Dance forms, Zumba, Handicrafts and Origami, Grooming classes, Fun with experiments, Block printing, Cuisine club, Basholi Art, Coding , Vocal music and Instrumental music. The main aim of organising the summer camp was to enable children to develop confidence, independence, social skills, leadership skills, and physical fitness. The camp helped the students in transition to independence as they explored the world in a new and exciting way. Independence also helps boost a child’s self-esteem and encouraging exploration. Chief guest for the Closing Ceremony was the Chairman APS Udhampur who congratulated the management, staff and teachers for the successful conduct of the Summer Camp. He appreciated the efforts of the teachers and the students. The programme ended with Vote of thanks presented by Principal APS Udhampur Mr.Sanjeev Kumar. He thanked the parents and the entire APS team for the cooperation, team work and pereserverance shown by them throuhout as well as on the Closing Ceremony of the Annual Summer camp 2023.
